HEROE greatest hits

a few months back, my good friend pete castro asked me to create a piece of art for an album from his past. back in the 1980s, pete wrote for and played guitar in the band heroe. he and the four other band members had a go of it for awhile, performing and recording their tracks, before life took them in different directions. pete held on to the recordings, and recently had the idea to dust 'em off, do a little remastering, compile their greatest hits, and surprise his former band mates with heroe's greatest hits. for the cover, he turned to me. i was thrilled to participate and worked with pete to understand their style and what he envisioned for the visual presentation. we were both excited about were we arrived. congratulations, heroe, on your new release some 20+ years later. it would have been fun to hear you then - it's great to hear you now.
